Collafé is a collagen coffee powder that combines 10g of premium collagen (marine, bovine and UC-II) with instant arabica coffee, MCT powder and coconut cream — all in one daily scoop. Just add hot water and stir.
Each 22g serving contains 7g of marine collagen peptides, 3g of bovine collagen and 40mg of UC-II undenatured collagen — three types of collagen working together for skin, hair, nails and joints.
Add one scoop (22g) to 200ml of warm water — not boiling. Stir well or use a frother for a creamier texture. You can also add it to oat milk, blend it into a smoothie, or pour it over ice.
The UC-II collagen in our formula is heat sensitive and works best at 60-70°C. Boiling water can denature it and reduce its effectiveness for joint support. Warm water keeps all three collagen types intact.
